Return & Cancellation Policy

At Pak Putliyan Sports, customer satisfaction is our top priority. With a 99.5% satisfaction rate and a skilled team of over 100 craftspeople, we proudly stand behind the quality of every product we manufacture. We know that in business, speed and reliability matter—so we’ve designed our return and cancellation policy to be simple, fair, and transparent.

Our Do It Right Guarantee

We take pride in our work, but in the rare case an error occurs, we’re here to make it right.

If your order contains:

Items materially different from your approved design,
Products printed or embroidered incorrectly, or
Items produced on the wrong product base,

we will:

Reproduce the affected items at no cost, or
Offer a full or partial refund based on your preference.

If reprinting is not possible, we will refund the affected items within 1–2 business days of receiving your return.

Note: You must report any issues within 15 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a return or refund.

Shipping Refunds

If you selected DHL Express Shipping and need to return or exchange an item due to an error on our part, your postage will also be fully refunded.

Cancellations

As all our products are made-to-order and personalized for your brand, a $25 customization fee per item applies.

Before Production:
If your order has not entered production, you may cancel by emailing your order number and reason for cancellation. No additional fees will apply.
After Production Begins:
Orders that are already in production will incur a $25 restocking fee per item.

Returns & Refunds

Refunds will be issued for the original amount paid, minus any applicable shipping charges or personalized discounts, unless the return is due to our error.
Once your return is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Funds may take 7–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Important Notes

No returns or refunds after 30 days of order delivery.
Our customized jerseys are independently designed and manufactured. They are not affiliated with or endorsed by any official sports brand, team, or league.
Blank items that have been processed or modified for resale cannot be returned. Please inspect all products before customization or resale.
Pak Putliyan Sports reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
